Plus, these schools are state-of-the-art because they have been recently constructed.

Third, the amount of amenities is continuing to grow. From the new Larimer county library to Target to new restaurants, southeast Fort Collins is providing the amenities people are looking for. Finally, southeast Fort Collins is conveniently located to many of the major employers including HP, Avago, and Intel. Plus, Banner Health has just broken ground on a large campus just south of Harmony Road near Lady Moon.
All of these reasons have led to a boom in southeast Fort Collins real estate.
