“These folks have been absolutely amazing. We moved into a new property and had a few issues left from the previous tenants. RPM was very quick to respond to concerns, often calling moments after we submitted an email or maintenance request. Any and all concerns we had were immediately addressed and anything outstanding was solved in under a week’s time. They also worked with us to schedule appointments around our pets, something we’re very grateful for. They’ve been very helpful and friendly and the customer service is out of this world.
