The optimal timing for listing your rental property depends on the time of year as well as the holiday calendar. Ideally, the best time to have your rental on the market is between school years. The duration for renting properties varies throughout the year: from May to August 31, it takes about 3.5 weeks; from January to May, it takes about 5 weeks; however, during November and December, it could take longer. The rental period can also be influenced by factors such as the number of bedrooms and proximity to activities and transportation. On average, our properties rent out in under 4 weeks.
Tenants have the option to pay rent online or mail a check. The rent funds are deposited into a trust account, from which bills and fees are paid. The remaining balance is then transferred electronically to your account. Owners receive checks three times a month, typically around the 10th, 20th, and last business day of the month.
