Real Property Management of the Rockies

The Flood

What a devastating last week in our surrounding areas of Fort Collins, Loveland, Boulder and Weld County.  We have never seen anything like this in Northern Colorado and our hearts and prayers go out to everyone who has been affected by the flooding.

We are very fortunate to work with some of the best property owners in the country.  And, we have some of the best tenants, too.  Our team has been in close contact with our owners and tenants.  We are making sure that our tenants are safe and that their homes are free of damage.  We are keeping our owners (many who do not live in the area) up to date on their properties.

We have seen the community reach out to the victims of the flood and help them get through this difficult period.  Timberline Church in Fort Collins had their doors open and was welcoming those affected by the floods.  The Red Cross was also there helping provide food, blankets, and shelter.  We are proud to live in this area and watch so many come out to aid others.

It is true, that when disaster hits, the community always arises to help those affected.  We have met new people and get phone calls from many looking for a rental property.  We are taking names and numbers down and trying to help those that have been displaced.  Please contact Real Property Management of the Rockies if you need help and we will do all we can to assist.
