Soon we will say goodbye to 2013 and ring in 2014. For us, 2013 has been a year of new partnerships and happier tenants. We are sure that 2013 has left its mark in your world as well. As 2014 kicks off, the Northern Colorado area has many New Year’s Eve events. We thought it would be good to highlight a few of the events that would be fun for the whole family.
First, The Toothzone will present the 18th annual First Night Fort Collins. This event takes place in downtown Fort Collins. First Night Fort Collins 2014 will offer wonderful and diverse entertainment and is a non-alcoholic New Year’s Eve celebration. The lineup of performers include storytellers, street performers, international dancing, interactive craft projects and much more. The event kicks off at 6 PM in Old Town Square and wraps at 1030PM with a festive fireworks display. Admission is $12 for all attendees over 5 years of age.
Another New Year’s Eve event that will entertain the family takes place at the Budweiser Events Center in Loveland. The 1st National Bank’s New Year’s Eve Extreme Rodeo Challenge takes place on December 31st at 730PM. Tickets range from $15-$105 with kids tickets available for $5 (ages 2-12). This local tradition is entering its 8th year and offers bareback riding, saddle bronc riding, bull riding, and bullfighting.
This next event takes place on New Year’s Day and is for those looking to start off the year in a healthy way. Join your local runners and walkers for the New Year’s Day 5K hosted by Runners Roost. This event starts and ends at the Runners Roost located in the Front Range Village. The event gets underway at 10 AM and concludes with Runners Roost Annual Blowout Sale.
These are just a few of the local events where you can gather with your neighbors and kick off the new year in style.
