Tenants are able to pay rent online, are able to submit maintenance requests, and are able to view the terms of their lease. We upload all lease agreements so tenants can review their terms at any time. This is helpful when it comes to lease-end items, cleaning schedules, etc. So, a tenant can do just about anything and communication with just about anyone at a time that is convenient to them. Our online portal is a huge benefit to our owners and tenants.
